About

Preston Village, founded in 2011, is a neighborhood in the greater Austin, Texas area, situated between Wells Branch and Round Rock in unincorporated Travis County.

The Preston Village Homeowners Association collectively owns the neighborhood’s common areas, amenities, and certain utilities.

Interesting Fact: Preston Village sits on the former site of Austin Raceway Park, a race track that was primarily used for drag racing in the 1960s and 1970s. The original drag strip, which ran parallel to what is now Grand Avenue Parkway, was still intact when the neighborhood was being developed.

Board of Directors

The Preston Village HOA Board of Directors is comprised of unpaid resident volunteers who are responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the HOA’s properties and finances.
