Responsibilities

Preston Village is a small-lot subdivision, and close proximity to our neighbors requires us all to be considerate. The CCRs require that we all avoid activities and prevent conditions that may be a nuisance to others. A nuisance may come from our homes, yards, animals, etc.

In order to avoid creating a nuisance that impacts neighbors, please do the following and also review our helpful visual HOA reminders:

• Picking up pet waste regularly (in both front and back yards) to minimize transmission of odors, disease, and pests
• Keeping music or other noise within acceptable volume levels, especially between 10PM-8AM
• Storing garbage in approved containers behind your fence or within an enclosed garage on all days except trash day
• Maintaining yards in a neat and orderly manner, including mowing, weed removal throughout your property, and tree trimming
• Ensuring pets do not create objectionable noise or endanger the health and safety of others, including always walking dogs on leashes
