Per the community’s new Lease Registration Policy, effective January 1, 2026, any property that is leased or renewed for a term of 30 days or more must have a lease registration form submitted within 30 days of the lease or lease renewal being executed. If a property is found non-compliant and remains non-compliant after the deadline stated in a certified violation notice, a $500 fine will be assessed.

How to Submit the Form:

Complete the lease registration form through your own signing software or by hand and email a scanned copy to hoaprestonvillage@gmail.com and CC prestonv@ciramail.com

OR

Have the tenant(s) complete the form via DropBox Sign, then, we will send the property owner the completed form for sign-off
