Please report any illegal activity to the Travis County Sheriff’s Office by calling 9-1-1 (emergency) or 3-1-1 (non-emergency).

Road Repairs

All Preston Village roads are public roads owned by Travis County. The HOA cannot control or restrict traffic, post/change speed limit signs, or otherwise make any changes to roadways within the community.

To report a maintenance or safety issue with a road please contact the Travis County Public Works Road and Bridge Division.

Street Lights

All street lights on residential roads are owned by Preston Village. To report a problem with a street light please submit the problem via the homeowner portal or our Contact Us page.

Deed Violations

Please report any suspected deed violations to the management company via the homeowner portal or our Contact Us page.

Utility Outages

Please report any utility outages to that specific utility.
