PAVILION & PLAYGROUND OPENING DATES
The pavilion and playgrounds are open year-round as approved by the HOA Board of Directors. Plumbing facilities, such as the bathrooms and water fountains, may be temporarily closed to prevent freeze damage during the winter months, or as maintenance is required.
PAVILION & PLAYGROUND HOURS
The pavilion and playgrounds are OPEN daily, from 6:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
KEY FOBS & IDENTIFICATION
Key fobs will ONLY be activated for residents in good standing with the Association. To be in good standing, you must:
a. Be current on homeowner assessments
b. Have a current Amenity Facility Liability Release Form on file
c. Have no unresolved Deed Restriction Violations
Key fobs will ONLY be issued after an Amenity Facility Liability Release Form is signed. A maximum of two (2) key fobs will be issued per household.
If your card key is lost or stolen, you will be provided with a second replacement card key, and your old card key(s) will be deactivated.
It is the responsibility of the property owner or designated management company to update tenant’s information and provide a revised Amenity Facility Liability Release Form to the Board of Directors.
To obtain a key fob, please sign an Amenity Facility Liability Release Form. Upon receipt of the signed waiver by the Board of Directors, and pending assessment evaluation that the residence is in good standing, the key fob will then be activated and delivered.
Residents must have a key fob with them to enter the pavilion bathrooms. It is recommended that you write your key fob number down in a safe place in case of loss or theft.
Your key fob creates an electronic record of your entry into the bathroom area. Any individual(s) committing acts of vandalism to the pavilion, bathrooms, basketball court, playground, equipment and/or surrounding area will be held responsible for cleaning and/or repair of damaged items. Additionally, law enforcement will be contacted as needed.

Preston Village members are responsible for all clean up after the party and are encouraged to leave the pavilion and surrounding area in the same or better condition than it was prior to the party.
