Pool Party Rules

  • All non-private pool parties must be scheduled through the HOA Board at least one week in advance. This ensures that parties are not double-booked, and all necessary paperwork can be completed in advance of your event.
  • For HOA purposes, the term “non-private party” means that any participants of said party are unable to turn away other residents and their guests from the pool area during a scheduled party.
  • A reservation does not guarantee any specific space at the pool. Space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Parties are not permitted on national holidays (e.g., Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, etc.).
  • Parties may be scheduled on weekdays beginning at 8 a.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. Parties on Saturdays and Sundays must end by 2 p.m. due to pool occupancy limits. Parties are limited to no longer than two hours.
  • No more than twenty (20) non-resident guests are permitted per party. All guests must abide by the rules outlined in the Amenity Facility Liability Release Form.
  • Parties may be scheduled by any Preston Village resident, but a signed Amenity Facility Liability Release Form and Pool Party Agreement Form must be on file for the resident’s property.
  • The hosting resident will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of any property damaged by party patrons. The hosting resident will also be responsible for the condition of the party area after the party ends. NO glass of ANY kind is permitted in the facility.
  • The hosting resident will be charged a $150 cleaning fee if the pool area is left untidy after a party.
  • Once your signed Amenity Facility Liability Release Form and Pool Party Agreement Form are on file, you will receive confirmation of your party booking, and it will be added to the community calendar. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a response.
