
The pool facility is located at 16129 Travesia Way, with parking lot access off of Tranquil Lane. The pool is open seasonally, roughly from April-October, with season extensions approved based on weather patterns.
Pool Hours are 6AM – 10PM, 7 Days a Week, during the open season. The pool is periodically closed for emergency maintenance or inspections.
Pool Party Request: To manage occupancy and maintain resident enjoyment of the facility, pool parties are to be booked in advance of any celebration.
Pool Rules:
1. THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY AT THE SWIMMING POOL. OWNER, OWNER’S FAMILY (INCLUDING CHILDREN), OWNER’S GUESTS, AND OWNER’S TENANTS ARE USING THE AMENITY CENTER AT THEIR OWN RISK. IN THE EVENT AN EMERGENCY ARISES, DIAL 911.
2. NO glass containers of any type are allowed in the pool area. If the pool needs to be shut down for emergency glass clean up, the residents responsible for the glass breakage will be billed for all associated cleaning charges, up to and including draining and refilling of the pool.
3. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL SMOKING, VAPING, CHEWING TOBACCO, FIREARMS, OR DRUGS BE PERMITTED IN ANY AMENITY CENTER FACILITIES OR SURROUNDING AREAS.
4. The gates are to remain closed at all times. The pool can be accessed with a key fob, and under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should the gates be propped open. The fence and gate that surround the pool area are for resident and guest protection.
5. Any individual who is not proficient in swimming must be accompanied by a responsible swimmer and/or wear a properly fitted U.S. Coast Guard-approved life vest.
6. Swimmers who are not fully toilet-trained or who are incontinent must wear swim diapers.
7. Conduct by any person deemed to be dangerous, unreasonable, or offensive is not allowed. Any individual disciplined repeatedly, or for serious infractions, will lose all pool privileges for the rest of the season.
8. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES shall pets be permitted within the fenced pool area.
9. Swim safely and treat others as you would like to be treated. Do not throw items when others are nearby. Parents are responsible for the behavior of their children.
10. Pool parties or gatherings are to be booked in advance of any celebration by contacting management using the instructions listed in the bulletin board.
11. Personal transportation devices, such as bicycles, skateboards, scooters, etc., may be considerately stored with personal belongings, but may not be utilized within the fenced pool area.
12. Diving from the side of the pool is NOT permitted. Running, hopping, skipping, or speed walking within the pool area is prohibited. Climbing or sliding on any hand railing is NOT permitted.
13. Proper swim attire is required. Please respect all cultural differences with family friendly attire.
14. Food shall only be consumed in areas at least six feet away from the pool. NO chewing gum is allowed within the pool area.
15. All trash and recycling generated by anyone in the fenced pool area must be placed in the proper receptacles or otherwise disposed of properly.
16. DO NOT put any deck furniture in the pool water. Flotation devices are permitted, but please always be mindful of other residents using the pool.
17. Any items lost will be your responsibility. A lost and found receptacle is near the bulletin board and will be emptied at the end of each month.
18. Persons with open sores, wounds, bandages, diarrhea, or communicable diseases are encouraged to refrain from swimming in the pool.
19. In the event of inclement weather, swimmers are to clear the pool during the storm and for at least thirty (30) minutes after lightning and/or thunder has ceased. Residents are welcome to stay in the pool area during this time, at their own risk, but should take shelter and stay a safe distance from the water.
20. IF A FECAL OR VOMIT INCIDENT OCCURS: Please immediately notify management at the telephone number listed in the bulletin board. All swimmers must exit the pool immediately, and the pool will be closed for a minimum of two (2) hours from the time the pool has been chemically treated. The pool will be cleaned, disinfected, and tested, and proven to be free from contamination before the pool will be reopened.
